I ended up going WAY past my goal which is great but mentally and physically exhausting. Don't get me wrong I love my baby but EBF is hard. Having a baby who refuses to take a bottle is HARD. We have at least 20 different kinds of bottles that we tried constantly. I tried all the tips and tricks out there. Nothing. So I just called myself "Mom, the Boobtender." So I EBF for 10 months. Baby just started taking a bottle consistently a few months before we stopped (it's a blur to be honest).

Guys, I made it a little over 10 months of breastfeeding. It's a relief, a turning point, and sad at the same time. I didn't think I could do it and I'm grateful I had the chance to do so. But the weight has been lifted off my shoulders not having to EBF now.

Mamas, you're doing an amazing job however you feed your child. fed is best. Do what works best for you.
